Returns & Refunds

All products sold by Manager of Chaos are made to order using a print on demand production process and are fulfilled by a third-party manufacturing partner (Gelato).

Because each item is created specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • change of mind,

  • incorrect size selection,

  • incorrect color selection,

  • personal preferences,

  • ordering the wrong item.


Damaged or Defective Items

We gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • the product arrives damaged,

  • there is a manufacturing defect,

  • the wrong item was received.

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at themanagerofchaos@gmail.com and include:

  • your order number,

  • a clear description of the issue,

  • photos showing the problem.

 

Once the issue is verified, we will either:

  • send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • issue a refund, depending on the situation.


Non-returnable Items

All items are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
